CinemaTech Introduces A New Website and Refreshed Brand Identity
After several months of hard work and endless amounts of coffee, CinemaTech is extremely delighted to announce the launch of our website and brand refresh!
Following interviews and meetings with clients, dealers and members of the CinemaTech team, we quickly realized that our story wasn’t clear and users on the site needed a better experience to find information. We also learned of several new opportunities to support our clients, dealers and partners through projects that will be coming in the very near future!
CinemaTech’s passion for the best customer experience played a critical component in the strategy and design of the new online experience. Not only have we made information much easier to find, but we have refreshed our brand identity to provide better readability and a relevant look and feel to our customers.
What’s changed and what hasn’t
We’ve updated our logo, wordmark, typeface, colors and imagery such as photography and illustrations. Our name began as a focus on private cinema seating. Fast forward 20 years later, our name stands for the gold standard in private cinema seating, acoustical treatment and design.
Aside from our look and feel, the CinemaTech experience you’ve known for decades will remain the same.
We’ve made a few changes to our website that make it easier to find helpful resource, product information and project inspiration. A couple of highlights:
- We’ve made it much easier to search our installation and project gallery, now known as “Spaces”
- We’ve designed the pages to fully tell our story as it relates to seating, acoustical treatment and design.
How we got here
CinemaTech started out as a premium seating manufacturer for private home cinemas. As we listened to our clients, we realized the need for much more than seating – i.e. how can our customers get the best sound from the audio investment and how can they create a space that reflects their taste palate?
As our customers’ needs have evolved, our business and services have evolved with them. We built our new brand identity to reflect the supreme level of customer service offered by our team as well as scale with the company.
Staying true to ourselves
With this redesign of our website and brand refresh, we set out to retain the core values that endeared the earliest customers to CinemaTech; while creating a platform to grow the brand. We didn’t want to lose our heritage in the process, so our focus has been “how can we better tell our story?”
As we grow
CinemaTech’s new website and brand refresh is only the start of the enhancements to the customer experience we are bringing in 2019. Our plans for 2019 are focused on celebrating the passion for our clients, expertise, resourcefulness and design thinking that have made us the gold standard for private home cinemas.
